The Marquis Youth Theater
The Marquis Theater has a rich history in Downtown Northville. It first opened as a Vaudeville and movie house and eventually became the home to a beloved youth theater program.
For many years, young aspiring actors got their first taste of the theater on the Marquis stage and it was truly a Northville institution. We can’t wait to bring youth theater back to the Historic Marquis Theater!

Broadway Masterclass at the Marquis Theater
Join us for Meet & Greet and Masterclasses with Broadway Professionals.
For the aspiring performer, these classes will provide personalized guidance, skill refinement in the areas of singing, dancing, and acting and direct access to Broadway industry professionals.
Open to aspiring performers ages 12-18 years.
Act quickly to secure very limited spots.
Proceeds from this event will go towards theater renovations.
About Our Instructors
A variety of Broadway Professionals have led our Broadway Masterclasses Including:
Fergie L. Phillippe, who starred on Broadway as Hercules Mulligan/James Madison in Hamilton and the Beast in the Broadway National Tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
Harry Francis, a staple on London’s West End and LaFou in the Broadway National Tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
Jordan DeAndre Williams, who stars as Ponyboy at certain performances in the national tour of The Outsiders! and regionally In The Heights, Guys and Dolls ; A Christmas Carol.
Guiseppe Little is the current swing and dance captain in the national tour of The Outsiders! He has also starred in A Christmas Story National Tour, Newsies (AC/DC), and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
